SIS to Radix LMS Data Synchronization
NEW FEATURE DATA INTEGRATIONADMINS
The last phase of this project to integrate courses, master schedules, and student schedules has been completed and is ready to be implemented next school year. With this feature, the school admins will not have to spend any time importing data to LMS. All updates they do on their SIS will automatically be integrated into their Radix LMS. This feature requires the SIS to generate CSV import formats and transfer them to our servers every night.
Student progress emails notification settings
NEW FEATURE REPORTINGSTUDENTS, PARENTS & ADMINS
Registered parents will now be able to receive the student progress emails via Radix Notification. They can also opt-out of receiving those emails if they turn them off via user notification settings. This requires parents to have an account on the Radix LMS.
SBA restriction for passing grade
IMPROVEMENT SBA TEACHERS
A new SBA setting has been added to restrict extra attempts on SBA after the student reaches a passing grade. In other words, teachers can automatically allow students who received failing grades to attempt the SBA as long as an extra attempt is available. Learn more.
Student schedule pdf export
IMPROVEMENT SCHEDULING ADMINS
The printable student schedules have been moved from the student Student Schedule list to the Student list. The sorting and filtering of the pdf schedules have also been improved. You can now sort/filter the pdf reports by StudentID, Grade level, first/last name, homeroom teacher, and homeroom course. In the same improvement task, we have moved some of the icons to the left of the list for a better user experience. Learn more.
Other improvements and bug fixes
IMPROVEMENT GENERAL ALL USERS
Assignment report detailed view - Grading category and assignment type fields added to the report, the date issue has been fixed on the exported csv file.
Report cards - Assignments with empty grades that are marked missing will now be shown on the report cards.
User list - Unresponsive filter/search after deleting a user has been fixed.
Site level groups - Non-student roles being assigned into grade level groups issue has been fixed.
Lesson plans - The approval date issue with the copied lesson plans has been fixed.
Attendance - Attendance alerts will now include unofficial courses with official attendance sessions. The attendance daily report grade level issue has been fixed.
Scheduling - Additional fields (course local ID and course code) have been added to the period report to identify the courses better.
Grading - The rubric criteria point not showing on feedback comments on student accounts issue has been fixed. The sorting of students on the quick-grading page now defaults to students' last names.
Dashboard - The dashboard task block security issue has been fixed.
Student progress emails max grade issue with scale assignments has been fixed.
