Incomplete Attendance Alert
We have added a second type of attendance alert called “Incomplete Attendance Alert”. This alert will notify the teachers and admins if there are any sessions/periods in which the attendance is not fully taken. More information about the alerts can be found here: Attendance Alerts
Transfer term grades when changing student schedule
We now have an option to transfer term averages when moving a student from one course to another via scheduling. Please go to the Scheduling page to learn more about grade transfer.
IMPROVEMENT MESSAGING INSTRUCTORS&ADMINS
It is now easier to switch between courses when using Quickmail such as composing a message or creating a notification. The dropdown menu will show all of your courses.
Assignment grading page term average setting
IMPROVEMENT GRADING ADMINS
As an admin, you will be able to set the assignment grading page average to “current grading term” automatically via assignment plugin settings. That way, you won’t have to change this setting every time a new quarter started.
