Report card overall comments for students
NEW FEATURE REPORT CARDSADMINS & TEACHERS
Teachers now have the option to provide a single, overall comment for a student, eliminating the need to comment on each course. This feature's activation is in the hands of school admins via report card plugin settings. Note: Only homeroom teachers have the privilege to add these overall comments. Once added, the comment will be prominently displayed on the report card summary page, right below the list of courses. Report cards/Progress reports
New Warning Feature: Mismatched Grade Types
To ensure accurate grade average calculations, we've introduced a warning system. This warning will be displayed both on the assignment details page and during the creation of a new assignment. It activates when there's a mismatch between the grade type of the assignment and that of the course, term, or grading category.
While teachers can continue to create the assignment despite this warning, we strongly advise against it. Proceeding might lead to inaccuracies in calculating the category, term, or course average.
Enhanced Control Over Grade Locking and Category Hiding
IMPROVEMENT ASSIGNMENT- GRADE SETTINGS ADMINS
We've refined our Grade Locking and Category Hiding Dates feature! For each grading term, admins can define a precise date and time when grades are locked, assignment creation is paused, and grading categories are solidified. You can now choose a date before or after the official term ends; this ensures consistent grading and categorization.
Opt-Out indicator on parent account invitation list
IMPROVEMENT PARENT ACCOUNTS ADMINS
School admins can now view which parents have opted out of communications on the parent account invitation list. Please note: These parents will remain excluded from school communications until they actively opt back in through the same opt-out link they initially used.
Admin decision on conduct log list for teachers

School admins can now have the option to show the consequence (admin decision) on the conduct log list for teachers.
Conduct log reports for team leaders
IMPROVEMENT DISCIPLINE ADMINS
School admins can now have the option to allow team leaders to see all conduct logs given to students in their teams. This requires the teacher to have a “team leader” role and “team grades” assigned in the user > staff settings.
Conduct log/Commendation notifications to students and parents
NEW FEATURE DISCIPLINEADMINS & PARENTS & STUDENTS
We've introduced a notification system for conduct logs and commendations. Now, when a log or commendation is entered, students and their parents can be alerted. Admins can control this feature directly or grant users the flexibility to manage their notifications. Plus, these alerts can also be delivered via email for added convenience.
Sender email switch for discipline notifications
NEW FEATURE DISCIPLINEALL USERS
A new setting has been added to give the option to change the sender’s email when sending discipline notifications, such as a consequence or conduct log. Admins will have three options: send from the default “no-reply” email, from the user’s email who is processing the consequence or assigning the conduct log, or from a custom email address. You can find this configuration in the discipline plugin settings.
Enhanced Radix Data Synchronization with Attendance Integration
NEW FEATURE SIS TO RADIX SYNC ADMINS
Great news for school admins! We've expanded the Radix data synchronization to include the attendance section from the SIS. Admins can now sync attendance data up to 10 calendar days retrospectively. Any attendance updates made in the SIS will now seamlessly integrate into Radix LMS every night. To utilize this feature, ensure your SIS software can generate and transfer CSV import files to our servers.
